FITMENT:
Kubota RTVX1140 2015+

The Kubota roof is a rugged aluminum one piece roof. Guaranteed never to leak and is built as tough as the Kubota is. It only weighs approx. 50 pounds so you won't even know it's there. It is also fully trailerable without requiring any straps etc. to secure it for towing. The entire roof bolts securely to the roll cage. Simple and functional, install it and forget it.

This Kubota RTVX1140 roof is constructed of rugged 1/8 inch aluminum diamond plate that is powder coated matte black. It is fully trailerable and can support hundreds of pounds, it'll never rust either. It comes complete with all mounting hardware and requires no drilling etc. A few wrenches and a few minutes you are done. And once installed it will not leak, rattle, squeak etc.

****This item is over sized and ships freight for a flat $99. Must be shipped to a non-residential business address. Certain zip codes may incur an additional fee, this is out of our control and a result of the freight company.****

Installation:
1. After removing roof from crate install the 2 bridge clamps in the center of the roof as seen in pic 8 above. Bolts face down and they should all have a large stainless washer with a smaller rubber washer between the bolt head and the top of the roof. (rubber washer goes between the stainless washer and the roof itself to prevent leakage) then set the roof on rollcage.
2. On each side/corner of the Kubota, you will see a bolt with a 10mm head immediately below the corresponding hole in the roof. (pic 7 and 9 above) Loosen the 4 bolts in total and re insert them through the L bracket supplied in the mount kit.
3. Do not tighten any bolt/s until all have been started.
4.
The 4 L bracket bolts that go through the roof should all have a large stainless washer with a smaller rubber washer between the bolt head and the top of the roof. (rubber washer goes between the stainless washer and the roof itself to prevent leakage)
5. At this point, all bolts should at least be started for all mount points, go back around ensuring all are tight. You're all done.
